Reducing the Risk of Suicide

It's OK to feel upset, or stressed,
or overwhelmed, or sad.

But if you feel that way all the time, or you're thinking about suicide, it's time to talk to someone about it. You are not alone.

Whatever you're going through, you don't have to face it alone. Help is free and confidential.

With support, you can get through a crisis.

Help & Hope

Suicidal thoughts don't necessarily mean a person wants to die. More often, they mean that someone is carrying more pain than they can cope with right now. But that pain can ease. Thoughts of suicide don't have to become actions.

It's important to know that the risk of suicide can be reduced.

When we recognize the warning signs, reach out early, and connect people to support, we can save a life. Whether you're struggling yourself or worried about someone you care about, support is available. Reach out.
